What is your return policy?
**It's holiday shopping season! Our extended return policy is in effect from November 12 until December 22. We have an extended return window of 45 days instead of the normal 30 days.**
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price items within 45 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. (Normally it's 30 days.)
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.
What's the returns process?
US Customers: We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

EXCHANGES
How do I exchange an item?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition.
